About the position

The Application Developer Team Lead at Parallon is responsible for leading development efforts, ensuring code quality, and mentoring team members. This leadership role involves strategic planning to align IT capabilities with business needs, guiding software architecture, and interfacing with various business partners. The position requires a strong background in software development and architecture, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams and provide guidance on software architecture and design decisions.
• Interface with business partners to design and implement software solutions that address business needs.
• Manage development projects from inception to implementation, ensuring adherence to HCA standards and procedures.
• Perform development using various technologies including C#, ASP.NET, and SQL.
• Complete unit testing and participate in peer/code reviews of other developers' work.
• Provide advanced software development troubleshooting to other development teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in software development, architecture, and delivery.
• Proficiency in .Net, C#, Azure, React, Node, and SQL.
• Proven leadership experience in a development environment.
