About the position

The SQL / .Net Applications Developer role focuses on designing and developing enterprise software solutions, particularly in Windows applications using C# and .Net technologies. The position requires strong SQL Server database programming skills and experience in object-oriented analysis and design methodologies. The developer will be responsible for creating formal documentation and ensuring high availability in system design.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise software solutions using C# and .Net.
• Prepare formal documentation including functional requirements and technical design documents.
• Create architectural diagrams, database diagrams, and class diagrams.
• Develop Windows-based applications with a Microsoft SQL Server back-end.
• Write optimized T-SQL queries and perform performance analysis on SQL databases.
• Design and develop systems requiring high availability.
• Create and maintain Web Services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in designing enterprise software solutions using OOAD methodologies.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience developing Windows-based applications in C# with SQL Server back-end.
• 2 to 5 years of experience developing enterprise applications with SQL Server (2005/2008/2010/2012).
• Proficient in T-SQL, capable of writing stored procedures, functions, views, and tables.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience designing/developing systems requiring high availability.
• Strong understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns.
