About the position

We are seeking a skilled C# SQL Server Developer Programmer to join our team in Irving, TX. This position is a contract role as a Direct W2 Employee, offering a competitive hourly rate of $47.83, with the potential for adjustments based on experience and market conditions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET and SQL development, with a focus on creating and maintaining complex scripts and stored procedures. You will be responsible for writing scripts to correct data problems and optimizing SQL performance through tuning. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in C#, .NET, and SQL Server to develop solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work with Visual Studio 2012 and TFS to manage your development tasks effectively. While experience with SSIS, SSRS, or SSAS is not required, familiarity with healthcare analytics and EDI will be considered a plus. Additionally, knowledge of ASP.NET and MVC frameworks will be beneficial, although not mandatory. Your contributions will be critical in ensuring the integrity and performance of our database systems, and you will collaborate with other team members to deliver high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities

  • Develop complex scripts using T-SQL to address data issues.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in .NET and C# development using Visual Studio 2012.
  • Expertise in SQL Server 2008/2012 and T-SQL, with strong skills in analyzing data.
  • Hands-on experience with TFS for version control and project management.
  • Strong background in writing scripts for data correction and SQL tuning.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with SSIS, SSRS, or SSAS is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with healthcare analytics and EDI is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of ASP.NET and MVC frameworks is advantageous.
