About the position
This position involves providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store and gas pumps. The role requires accurate processing of transactions at the point of sale (POS) and supporting team members to foster a positive work environment. The individual will be responsible for stocking and cleaning the store, ensuring a neat and organized shopping experience for customers. The job requires flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays on a rotational basis.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
- Ensure the store is clean, neat, organized, and provides a positive shopping experience.
- Perform accurate POS transactions.
- Stock and clean the store as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and management of gas pumps and outside appearance of the store.
- Support team members and promote a positive team environment.
Requirements
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks at once.
- Dedication to integrity, teamwork, and customer service.
- Ability to maintain composure during times of uncertainty.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous POS experience is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays on a rotational basis.
- Work cards required for jurisdiction must be provided prior to start date.
