About the position
This position involves providing exceptional customer service to all customers while ensuring the store's appearance is clean, neat, and organized. The role includes responsibilities for accurate POS transactions, stocking and cleaning the store, and maintaining the cleanliness and management of the gas pumps and outside appearance of the store. Additionally, the individual will provide support to team members and promote a positive team environment. This job does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
- Ensure the store is clean, neat, and organized for a positive shopping experience.
- Handle accurate POS transactions.
- Stock and clean the store as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and management of gas pumps and outside store appearance.
- Support team members and promote a positive team environment.
Requirements
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks at once.
- Dedication to integrity, teamwork, and customer service.
- Ability to maintain composure during times of uncertainty.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous POS experience is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays on a rotational basis.
- Work cards required for jurisdiction must be provided prior to start date.
