About the position

This position involves providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store. The employee will be responsible for accurate POS transactions, stocking, and cleaning duties, as well as ensuring the gas pumps and outside areas are well-managed. The role promotes a positive team environment and requires flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
• Ensure the store is clean, neat, organized, and provides a positive shopping experience.
• Handle accurate POS transactions.
• Stock and clean the store as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and management of gas pumps and outside appearance of the store.
• Support team members and promote a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks at once.
• Dedication to integrity, teamwork, and customer service.
• Ability to maintain composure during times of uncertainty.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous POS experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays on a rotational basis.
• Work cards required for jurisdiction must be provided prior to start date.
