About the position

Avion Solutions Inc. is seeking a C3BM Principal Systems Engineer to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) in Huntsville, AL. This role involves engaging in systems engineering efforts related to Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM), focusing on technical engineering, integration, and interoperability of various defense systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage in Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) systems engineering efforts.
• Provide interoperability engineering, analysis, and technical guidance for C2BMC, MDS Elements, and external capability integration.
• Participate in technical baseline efforts to develop specifications and interfaces for current and future C3BM spirals.
• Support critical integration and interoperability product evaluations based on future product integration into MDA/BC spiral builds.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience required.
• Master's Degree in STEM required.
• Knowledge of LRDR and TPY-2 (FBM) interoperability required.
• Proficiency in system engineering and execution processes.
• Able to apply network engineering and solutions to support real-world tests, integration, and operations.
• Must be a US Citizen and have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
