About the position

KODA Technologies is seeking a C3BM Principle Systems Engineer to engage in systems engineering efforts related to Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM). This role involves technical engineering and integration, focusing on interoperability and interface design for various missile defense systems. The position emphasizes collaboration with government and contractor personnel to support national-priority missions.

Responsibilities

• Provide interoperability engineering, analysis, and technical guidance for C2BMC, MDS Elements, and external capability integration and interface design efforts.
• Participate in technical baseline efforts to develop specifications and interfaces for current and future C3BM spirals.
• Support critical integration and interoperability product evaluations based on future product integration into MDA/BC spiral builds through interface, requirements, and C2BMC product definitions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience required
• Master's Degree in STEM required
• Active Secret Clearance
• Knowledge of LRDR and TPY-2 (FBM) interoperability required
• Proficiency in system engineering and execution processes
• Able to apply network engineering and solutions to support real-world test, integration, and operations.

• Self-starter with enthusiasm and capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Work within a collaborative environment composed of Government, prime contractor, sub-contractor and supporting contractor personnel in a badgeless contractor environment
• Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts.
