About the position

The Global Program Coordinator for the Health Systems Unit at Insight Global is a pivotal role designed to support the implementation and management of health systems initiatives. This position involves a variety of program management activities, including data tracking, analysis, and the implementation of results that align with the department's goals and objectives. The coordinator will play a crucial role in assisting with the oversight of global health systems collaborative initiatives, which includes researching, documenting, co-designing, monitoring, and disseminating health systems interventions. The ideal candidate will be proactive in fostering communication and building trusting relationships with both internal team members and global collaborators, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. The position requires the development and implementation of standardized tools, frameworks, and metrics to ensure that project deliverables are met effectively. The coordinator will also facilitate workshops at various levels—national, regional, and global—while coordinating logistics to ensure successful meeting organization. Additionally, the role includes coordinating site visits and progress meetings, preparing agendas, and summarizing reports to keep all parties informed of project status.
