As a Cabin Attendant for the Gulfstream 650ER based in Jacksonville, Florida, you will be responsible for providing the highest quality of service and amenities to all Clay Lacy Aviation clientele as well as internal events and projects. This role requires a commitment to maintaining the pristine condition of the aircraft and ensuring that all client needs are met with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail. You will be expected to prepare the aircraft with amenities, catering, and special requests, ensuring that all items are fresh and the aircraft is clean and ready for departure. Additionally, you will learn about the owner’s preferences, needs, and allergies to provide a personalized experience. Regular inventory checks will be necessary to maintain quality and consistency, and you will provide trip information via automated inflight surveys upon flight completion. You will also be responsible for addressing any issues that arise with the aircraft and ensuring safe offloading and on-loading of items during maintenance events. Flexibility in your schedule is essential to accommodate the owners' flying needs.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare aircraft with amenities, catering, and special requests.
  • Ensure all amenities are fresh, and the aircraft is clean and ready for departure.
  • Learn owner/food preferences, needs, and allergies.
  • Shop and stock the aircraft with owner and charter preferences, switching out items as needed.
  • Inventory the aircraft regularly to maintain quality and consistency.
  • Provide trip information via automated inflight survey upon flight completion.
  • Follow up with any issues that may arise through wear and tear of the aircraft with the PIC/appropriate department.
  • Safely offload and on-load all aircraft items during regular maintenance events.
  • Set up the aircraft for showings for potential charter clients.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule around the owners' flying needs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of directly applicable experience as a Cabin Server.
  • Part 91 and/or Part 135 large cabin private/corporate jet experience.
  • Must reside within a 2-hour drivable commute range from where the aircraft is based.
  • Must have and maintain a valid Driver's License; restricted licenses are not valid for employment.
  • Must have and maintain a valid Food Handler Certification.
  • Valid passport required.
  • Emergency training certificate from an approved training facility completed within the past 12 months, including CPR/First Aid.
  • Pre-employment background drug screening is required.
  • CLA Indoctrination training is mandatory.
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be available to be 'on-call' unless on a scheduled day off.
