About the position

The Cabin Attendant for the Gulfstream G650 is responsible for ensuring the comfort and convenience of passengers during flights. This role includes catering responsibilities, administrative tasks, and training functions when not in the air. The position requires a high level of service and attention to detail to maintain the aircraft's standards and provide an exceptional experience for passengers.

Responsibilities

  • Receives guidance from the PIC for day-to-day operations.
  • Reports all cabin discrepancies and maintenance issues to the pilot in command for documentation.
  • Coordinates with pilots, maintenance, and cleaning crews to ensure the aircraft is impeccably clean and properly serviced.
  • Conducts preflight checks of all cabin equipment prior to each flight.
  • Ensures passengers comply with federal regulations during flight activity on part 91 flights only.
  • Briefs passengers on the safety features of the aircraft.
  • Assists and commands the cabin in the event of an aircraft emergency, medical emergency, or evacuation.
  • Operates all emergency equipment including fire extinguishers, life rafts, oxygen equipment, and AED.
  • Briefs and assists passengers with cabin management systems such as entertainment and phone capabilities.
  • Assists passengers with carry-on luggage and seating arrangements, including those with disabilities.
  • Maintains complete and detailed knowledge of all service equipment and procedures of the assigned aircraft.
  • Maintains neatness and orderliness of the cabin at all times.
  • Coordinates and shops for interior items per the Owner's request.
  • Plans and prints menus and weather cards.
  • Plans, orders, shops, prepares, and serves all meals and beverages.
  • Develops and maintains standard stock and sources vendors for cabin, lavatory, and galley supplies.
  • Ensures the aircraft is prepared to specifications prior to each flight.
  • Provides client profiles updates, post-trip reports, catering reports, and maintains other required paperwork.
  • Creates and maintains an aircraft-specific manual on the assigned aircraft.
  • Manages expense accounts.
  • Attends and maintains currency in all required training, including safety and medical training.
  • May supervise or train contract or part-time cabin crew members.
  • Represents Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • 4 years of work experience in a similar role; 2 years of culinary and/or high-end food service experience.
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Flight Safety International or equivalent Corporate Cabin attendant recurrent training.
  • MedAire Management of Inflight Illness and Injury certification or CPR, AED equivalent.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 based on regional location.
