Responsibilities
- Perform installations of cabinets, countertops, shelving systems, and custom millwork.

- Read and interpret blueprints and installation instructions accurately.
- Handle a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with project teams and adhere to project timelines.
- Maintain organization and ensure job sites are clean and orderly.
Requirements
- Familiar with cabinet and countertop installation; skilled in interior finishing.
- Willingness to travel and work with team members on-site for extended periods.
- Proficient with hand and power tools and skilled in interpreting blueprints.
- Must be able to safely and effectively handle a wide variety of hand and power tools.
- Detail-oriented, good decision-making under pressure, and deadline-driven.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in construction or related fields.
- Background in safety compliance and passing drug/alcohol screening.
