The Cabinet Finisher at Busby Cabinets plays a crucial role in the manufacturing team, focusing on custom cabinetry design and finishing. Responsibilities
- Perform color matching using stains, sealers, primers, conversion varnish, toners, glazes, and distressing techniques.
- Create and match custom samples for customers.
- Maintain a working knowledge of products within the finish department.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production goals.
- Ensure high-quality finishes are applied to cabinetry products.
Requirements
- Basic carpentry skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- OSHA 10 certification.
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience in manufacturing.
- Familiarity with hand tools.
- Mechanical knowledge.
- Entry-level woodworking skills.
