About the position

Responsibilities
- Setup and operate a variety of woodworking machines.
- Mark dimensions of parts on paper or lumber stock according to drawing specifications.
- Match materials for color, grain, or texture.
- Sand and scrape surfaces and joints of articles to prepare articles for finishing.
- Dip, brush, or spray assembled articles with protective or decorative materials, such as stain, varnish, or paint.
- Install hardware, such as hinges, catches, and drawer pulls.
- Cut, shape, and assemble wooden parts to construct frames for cabinets or assembly of entire cabinets.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the workplace.
- Experience in cabinet making and/or manufacturing preferred.
