About the position

The Cable Field Technician at DISH is responsible for delivering TV and Smart Home solutions directly to customers' homes. This role emphasizes providing a world-class customer experience while simplifying lives through smart home consultations. Technicians are trained to represent DISH effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Represent DISH in customers' homes daily.
• Consult homeowners on smart home possibilities during installations.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience during service calls.
• Complete installations and troubleshoot issues as needed.

Requirements

• Aptitude to build rapport quickly with clients.
• Ability to stand on a high ladder (up to 40 feet) for long periods.
• Ability to lift over 70 lbs and meet individual weight limit requirements of 335 lbs.
• Ability to crawl into small spaces and work in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets DISH's safety standards.
