Responsibilities

• Represent DISH in customers' homes and deliver TV and Smart Home solutions.
• Educate customers on smart home possibilities and simplify their lives through installation services.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience during each visit.
• Complete all necessary training and adhere to safety standards while performing installations.

Requirements

• Aptitude to build rapport quickly with clients.
• Ability to stand on a high ladder (up to 40 feet) for long periods of time.
• Capability to lift over 70 lbs and remain within the individual weight limit of 335 lbs.
• Ability to crawl into small spaces and work in varying climates and weather conditions.
• A valid driver's license in the state of employment with a driving record that meets DISH's safety standards.
