About the position

As a Field Technician at DISH, you will play a crucial role in delivering TV and Smart Home solutions to customers. This position focuses on providing a world-class customer experience by educating and connecting customers with smart home technologies. You will be trained to represent DISH in customers' homes, ensuring satisfaction and simplifying their lives through expert installation and consultation services.

Responsibilities

• Represent DISH in customers' homes daily.
• Educate customers on smart home possibilities and solutions.
• Perform installations of TV and Smart Home services.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience during each visit.
• Maintain and operate DISH-supplied van, tools, and uniforms.

Requirements

• Aptitude to build rapport quickly with clients.
• Ability to stand on a high ladder (up to 40 feet) for long periods.
• Capability to lift over 70 lbs and meet individual weight limit requirements of 335 lbs.
• Ability to crawl into small spaces and work in varying climates and weather conditions.
• A valid driver's license with a driving record that meets DISH's safety standards.
