About the position

We are seeking a CAD Drafter with strong Excel skills to join our dynamic team. The role focuses on developing accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and technical documentation while utilizing CAD software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and capable of working independently after initial training.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed CAD drawings and schematics using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, and other relevant software.
• Collaborate with engineers to interpret design concepts and translate them into technical drawings.
• Create 3D models and visualizations using Sketchup and NavisWorks.
• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and project requirements.
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders.
• Maintain organized documentation of all drafts, revisions, and related project materials.
• Assist in the preparation of project specifications and reports as needed.
• Stay updated on the latest CAD technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD or SolidWorks is required.
• Strong understanding of schematics and technical drawing standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing individual tasks effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
