About the position

The Cad Cam Designer position at a leading dental laboratory involves planning, fabricating, and customizing dental prosthetics for patients undergoing implant treatment. This full-time role focuses on utilizing advanced CAD/CAM technology and 3D printing to create surgical guides and prototypes, ensuring high-quality dental solutions and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Design, fabricate, customize, and repair surgical guides and prototypes, including full arch restorations using the All on X technique.
• Collaborate with doctors to ensure accurate treatment planning and implementation of guided surgery procedures.
• Utilize CAD/CAM technology and 3D printing to create precise guides and prosthetics.
• Conduct quality checks on all dental appliances to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and fit.
• Maintain detailed records of all work performed and materials used.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques related to implantology and prosthodontics.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols in the laboratory environment.
• Participate in continuing education opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in dental technology.

Requirements

• Experience with CAD/CAM technology and 3D printing.
• Software knowledge of Exocad and/or 3shape.
• Experience in implant planning, specifically with CoDiagnostix is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in surgery is preferred.
