Responsibilities

• Use CAD for design with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Understand architectural needs for engineers.
• Read and interpret drawings and blueprints to obtain specifications.
• Interact with customers, including site inspections and phone communications.
• Know and understand city building codes.

Requirements

• Experience in construction, landscape, retaining walls, concrete, rebar, and wood patio covers.
• Knowledge of using AutoCAD.
• Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment while organizing personal schedule and managing multiple projects.
• Office skills for project setup and presentation for permits.
• Ability to solve practical problems and maintain accuracy, quality, and completeness with minimal supervision.
