We are seeking a skilled & creative Women's Apparel CAD Designer/Print Designer to join our team at TechIntelli Solutions, Inc. This full-time position is based in Manhattan, NY, and offers a salary range of $50,000 to $80,000 per year. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with a strong background in textile design, graphic design, or fashion design. Knowledge of Browzwear and Lotta is a plus, but not required. The role involves creating visually appealing original prints, patterns, and placed graphic designs for Fortune 500 companies. The designer will be responsible for processing and recoloring artwork, creating designs in various media, assisting with trend presentations, applying textures and fabrics, and possibly coloring 3D designs for the apparel industry. Key responsibilities include creating and executing concepts and designs for various projects, such as textile prints and patterns, retailer CADs, product designs, and packaging. The designer will proof and process existing artwork, recolor prints and patterns, and assist with the collection of trend images utilizing social media and trend services. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product development, merchandising, and technical design, is essential to ensure designs align with brand guidelines, manufacturing standards, and company objectives. The designer must manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines, demonstrating the ability to see a project through from design concept to development and execution. Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices is crucial, as is commenting on production approvals for artwork patterns and colors. The designer will create color cards and maintain a color standard library, and may also color 3D assets using Browzwear VStitcher/Lotta. A portfolio submission showcasing the applicant's range of skills and experience is required, as well as in-office attendance, as this role is not remote. Applicants must reside within a reasonable commuting distance from midtown Manhattan.
