About the position

The CAD Drafter/Detailer/Modeler at Camcorp plays a crucial role in supporting the sales department by fulfilling orders through detailed drafting and modeling. This position is integral to the Schust organization, offering opportunities for growth within a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will contribute to product development and ensure compliance with safety standards while maintaining product libraries and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of product libraries and drawings.
• Updates and revisions of existing drawings.
• Product development and detailing fabrication drawings for various products/projects.
• Assisting in the generation of unit modifications and clarification drawings.
• Assisting in the assembly of maintenance manuals and support documentation.
• Providing incidental shipping and field install support.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of detailing, design, and manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency in AutoDesk applications including AutoCAD, Vault, and Inventor for 3D modeling.
• Experience in creating P&ID and basic electrical drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA is a plus.
