About the position

The CAD Drafter position is an entry-level role focused on providing drafting and design support using AutoCAD or MicroStation. The role offers on-the-job training for new hires, allowing them to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment. The position is full-time and requires working on-site in Exton, PA, from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Perform AutoCAD or MicroStation drafting work under the guidance of a QC Specialist.
• Participate in on-the-job training for the first 1-2 weeks to learn necessary skills.
• Collaborate with team members to complete drafting projects.
• Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and learn new software as needed.

Requirements

• High School diploma or completed GED.
• Experience using CAD to some extent or a strong interest in learning CAD software.
• Desire to work in a drafting role long-term.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Associate's Degree or certificate in CAD.
• Experience with ESRI ArcGIS.
