About the position

We are seeking a skilled CAD Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in computer-aided design and drafting, with proficiency in various CAD software. This role involves creating detailed schematics and technical drawings, collaborating with engineers and architects to support project development and execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare detailed CAD drawings and schematics for various projects using software such as AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand project requirements and translate them into accurate designs.
• Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Revise drawings based on feedback from engineers or clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain organized records of all drawings, revisions, and project documentation.

Requirements

• 1+ years of Land development project experience
• Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of drafting principles and techniques related to schematics and technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey design ideas and modifications.
