Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed CAD drawings and plans based on project specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers and surveyors to ensure accuracy in designs.
• Review and interpret land surveys, boundary surveys, and topographic surveys.
• Utilize AutoCAD - Civil 3D software to create and modify designs.
• Follow detailed instructions and project guidelines to meet deadlines.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and challenges.

Requirements

• 5+ years of CAD drafting experience or equivalent education.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD - Civil 3D is required.
• Experience with drainage systems is essential.
• Familiarity with land surveys, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and GPS surveys is necessary.
• Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and multitask effectively.
• Enthusiasm for developing a career in Land Surveying.
