Responsibilities

• Produce detailed, precise CAD drawings using data collected from architectural surveys.
• Enter, manage, and maintain survey data accurately within project databases.
• Collaborate closely with surveyors and project managers to ensure drawings and data align with project specifications.
• Review and verify the accuracy of data inputs and drawings for completeness and consistency.
• Update drawings and datasets as new information becomes available and ensure all files are maintained per company standards.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or certification in CAD drafting, architecture, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in architectural drafting or data entry is a plus.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software; familiarity with database entry and file management.
• Strong accuracy in data entry and a keen eye for precision in CAD work.
• Effective communication skills, with an ability to collaborate well in a team setting.
• Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
