About the position
Kimley-Horn is looking for a CAD Operator to join our Land Development team in Boca-Delray, Florida (FL)! This is not a remote position.
Responsibilities
- Use basic computer drafting software to generate site plans and construction drawings for Kimley-Horn projects
- Design and produce sets of plans; implement and manage AutoCAD drafting and plan preparation standards
- Assist in maintaining drawing database
- Perform routine analysis to check accuracy of data
- Develop familiarity with Kimley-Horn's practices, procedures, and standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (associates degree preferred)
- 0 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Autodesk or Bentley products preferred
- Detail oriented, professional attitude, good communication, team player, self-starter
- Strong work ethic, interpersonal communication/writing skills and desire to learn
- Ability to work independently and with a team
