The Café Coach at Capital One plays a pivotal role in redefining the banking experience by leading a team in a welcoming café environment. Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Café Ambassador team to enhance their professional and personal development.
• Create a welcoming environment for customers and visitors by maintaining the café's physical space.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the café operations.
• Build alliances with local organizations and collaborate with vendors to generate new business opportunities.
• Connect with café visitors and regulars, providing assistance and showcasing services and products.
• Plan and execute events in collaboration with local businesses, nonprofits, and charities.
• Educate customers about Capital One's products, services, and digital tools to help them achieve their financial goals.
• Act as a customer advocate, providing assistance and advice in a clear and concise manner.
• Inspire and energize the Café Ambassador team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 2 years of Customer, Retail, or Financial Services experience.
• At least 1 year of People Management experience or 2 years of Retail Bank Experience.

Nice-to-haves

• 3+ years of Customer, Retail, or Financial Services experience.
• 2+ years of People Management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree.
