About the position

Maggie's Farm Espresso is seeking a dedicated Café All Rounder to join our team. This role encompasses various responsibilities including cashiering, bussing, and food service, all aimed at delivering exceptional customer experiences in our Australian-style specialty café. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a passion for customer service, contributing to our mission of enhancing daily interactions with our guests.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming guests in a genuine & positive manner.
• Greet guests and work on point of sale.
• Bus tables and clean tables promptly.
• Assist with delivery orders and run food & coffees to tables.
• Restock items and maintain cleanliness in the café.
• Wash dishes and help out in other areas as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in food service/hospitality.
• NJ or NY Food Handler's license (preferred but not required).
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Basic math and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position (lift up to 50lbs) and use hands repetitively.
