About the position

Responsibilities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and help educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources.
- Prepare food according to item specifications and adhere to food safety standards.
- Pack ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays.
- Ensure high-quality products are fresh, ready, and available in the café.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area.
- Drive the performance of the area by stocking and rotating merchandise and ensuring quality and date control standards.
- Provide member service by acknowledging members and assisting with purchasing decisions.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Passion for and experience with fresh food.
- Strong commitment to member satisfaction.
- Ability to adapt to change and different work scenarios.
