As a café associate, you will be responsible for listening to our members' needs, preparing their food orders, and ensuring that every aspect of your work is performed with energy and enthusiasm. Responsibilities

• Ensuring high-quality products are fresh, ready, and available in the café
• Maintaining cleanliness and temperature control of shelves
• Verifying expiration dates and disposing of lesser-quality food products
• Packing ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stocking displays
• Preparing and serving ready-to-eat food
• Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and educating other associates
• Preparing food according to item specifications and adhering to food safety standards
• Utilizing digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience
• Driving performance in the area by stocking and rotating merchandise
• Providing member service and resolving member issues

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older

Nice-to-haves

• Food Service experience
• Food Handler Certification (Food Safety)
