Responsibilities

• Ensuring high-quality products are fresh, ready, and available in the café.
• Maintaining cleanliness and temperature control of shelves, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser-quality food products.
• Packing ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stocking displays.
• Preparing and serving ready-to-eat food.
• Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and educating other associates on tools and tasks.
• Preparing food according to item specifications and adhering to food safety standards.
• Utilizing digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
• Driving the performance of the area by stocking and rotating merchandise and providing member service.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for and experience with fresh food.
• Ability to keep member satisfaction as a top priority.
• Comfortable with change and able to adapt to different work scenarios.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
