About the position
The Bus Runner/Stocker is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the dining areas while ensuring adherence to health regulations. This role involves supplying service equipment and supplies to food outlets throughout the shift, contributing to a safe and pleasant dining experience for guests.
Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, and maintain all floors in the self-service dining room food lines to ensure guest safety.
- Wipe countertops and guest service areas.
- Inspect the floor in the self-service dining room for debris and hazardous materials.
- Supply all necessary food and beverage service items to the service areas throughout the shift.
- Pull mats, sweep service areas, empty trash, and ensure proper cautionary signage is in place as necessary.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Team-oriented and adaptable to changing situations.
- Ability to follow procedures in a busy restaurant atmosphere.
- Proficient in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating verbally in English.
- Must possess a S. Nevada Health District Food Handler Card.
Benefits
- Starting rate of $12.50 per hour plus tips.
