Motivation, guidance, inspiration, and leadership: our duty managers have the attributes to bring the best out of our team members and ensure we provide our customers with outstanding service. Our duty managers possess excellent people management skills, demonstrate a high degree of computer literacy, and have the verbal and written communication skills to communicate with customers confidently and effectively. A strong track record in management of cafes or restaurants is essential, as is a proven ability to develop, train, and motivate staff. This role will be based at our cafe based at Jersey Airport, as well as some shifts at our cafes in St Helier. Candidates must be prepared to start some shifts at 5:00am or 6:00am, and will also need to provide 5 years' checkable employment references and complete a criminal record check through Disclosure Scotland in order to obtain an Airside Pass.
