About the position

The CAFM/IWMS Technical Project Manager at Applied Data Systems Inc. (ADSI) will play a crucial role in consulting with clients to implement and customize Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) software, specifically using ARCHIBUS. This position involves managing projects from inception to completion, providing technical support, training, and ensuring successful delivery of services in a fast-paced environment. The role is based in Golden Valley, MN, and requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in their implementation of IWMS Facilities Management software
• Provide technical support to clients
• Provide training to clients on the software
• Develop statements of work for client needs
• Develop specifications for customizations
• Perform QA on customizations and upgrades
• Document the client's implementation
• Develop project schedules and budgets
• Manage relational databases
• Conduct data mapping for import/export
• Act as team, project, or technical lead

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• 2+ years implementation of IWMS/CAFM software (preferred)
• 2+ years of facilities management (preferred)
• 1+ year project implementation (preferred)
• Pass national background check and drug test
• Experience with ARCHIBUS, AutoCAD/Revit is a definite plus
