About the position
The Technology Consultant role at Qualtrics is pivotal in assisting clients with the onboarding and implementation of the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform. This position focuses on delivering value to customers, ensuring high renewal and expansion rates, and building strong client relationships. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to enhance product features and support clients throughout their lifecycle with Qualtrics.
Responsibilities
- Successfully onboard clients and implement customer projects from inception to production go-live.
- Deliver solutions of value to customers, resulting in high renewal and expansion rates.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and act as a creative and analytical problem-solver.
- Support the Product team to improve product features and assist the Sales team in pursuing large deals.
- Effectively juggle multiple priorities and demonstrate outstanding interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-5 years in data quality and program oversight
- Comfortable with GSuite and Microsoft Office for MACs
- Superb communication and project management skills
- Ability to analyze response data and report back to clients for actioning.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with emerging technologies
- Knowledge of CAHPS protocols
- Familiarity with Excel, XML, SPSS, and SQL.
