About the position

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at 7-Eleven. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring a positive experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner
• Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain customer records by updating account information
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers
• Strong data entry skills for order processing and maintaining customer records
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and office equipment
• Fluency in English; multilingual or bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a plus
• Experience with outbound calling is desirable
• Ability to type efficiently while communicating with customers
