Your duties will include achieving and exceeding sales goals by executing the company's selling strategies, assisting with daily store operations, and ensuring that the store remains clean and organized. You will also be responsible for completing various tasks such as floor sets, restocking merchandise, and processing customer transactions. Your ability to connect with customers and understand their needs will be crucial in inspiring them and driving sales. The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the business, including availability for evening and weekend shifts.   • Show understanding of customer's personal style when offering fashion advice.
  • Inspire customers with your product knowledge to cater to their needs.
  • Assist with daily opening and closing tasks to maintain a clean, neat, and tidy store.
  • Complete assigned job responsibilities such as floor sets, filling the floor, ringing up customers, etc.
  • Remain positive and professional, working together with the team to make a great environment for our customers and each other.

Requirements
