Responsibilities

  • Sell extended warranties and products to customers.
  • Schedule services for customers as needed.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • At least one year of customer service experience in any field (retail, food service, hospitality, call center, etc.).
  • Decent computer skills and comfort with using multiple programs.
  • Ability to work full-time, scheduled for 40 hours a week.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a call center environment is a plus.
