About the position

Paragon SPG, LLC is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join their remote team. This entry-level position serves as the first point of contact for clients, providing essential customer service support. The role involves comprehensive training to equip agents with the necessary skills to effectively address customer inquiries and enhance client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and address the customer's queries and issues.
  • Document customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure effective client communication and problem resolution.
  • Follow up with customers when needed to ensure their needs have been met.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience in a customer support role is preferred.
  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs and priorities.
