Requirements
- Proven track record in customer service, specific experience in a call center or healthcare environment is a big plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle phone calls professionally and maintain active listening.
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a bonus.
- Proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
