About the position
As a Call Center Agent at ALWs Consulting, you will provide routine service support to customers contacting the customer care center. This role involves addressing customer inquiries regarding their accounts, assisting with online directions, and performing password resets. You will work closely with customers and internal service partners to resolve issues and fulfill service requests effectively.
Responsibilities
- Participate in client trainings
- Provide call and online (chat message) support to customers
- Participate in daily/weekly team meetings
- Follow client processes and templates to document during calls and after-call work as per client standards
- Identify calls that should be sent to a specialist
- Assist with registration for the Telephonic Timesheet System and/or Website
- Provide assistance with password resets
- Offer instruction and troubleshooting guidance through timesheet submission
- Handle claims submissions
- Provide Direct Deposit Setup, Change, or Cancellation instructions
- Answer questions regarding garnishment status
- Address general questions regarding timesheets and payment information
- Check email through Outlook
- Toggle between multiple systems in Windows
- Follow instructions to troubleshoot basic technical issues in Windows
- Utilize three different monitors simultaneously
- Multitask throughout the day
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
