About the position

The Call Center Appointment Scheduler at Lanphere Auto Group is responsible for managing appointment scheduling for multiple dealerships, ensuring a customer-first approach in all interactions. This role involves handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, documenting conversations efficiently, and working collaboratively within a Business Development Center (BDC) team. The position offers competitive pay with commission-based earnings and requires a commitment to customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage appointment scheduling for Beaverton Honda, Beaverton INFINITI, Beaverton Kia, and Newberg Jeep Ram.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume call center environment.
  • Document customer interactions quickly and efficiently via keyboard.
  • Work collaboratively within a 11-person BDC team to achieve measurable success.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a customer-first mentality.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly phone voice.
  • Ability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends.
  • Dedication to the job and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to sit and work on computers/phones for at least eight hours per shift.

Nice-to-haves

  • Background in sales, automotive service, or call centers.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
