About the position

The Bilingual Call Center Representative at Progressive is responsible for assisting Spanish-speaking customers through inbound calls. This role requires multitasking, customer service experience, and the ability to navigate multiple computer systems. The position is remote, with training provided, and involves various responsibilities including sales, customer service, and claims support.

Responsibilities

  • Take inbound calls from Spanish-speaking customers.
  • Provide expertise on Progressive products and services to ensure appropriate insurance coverage.
  • Support customer inquiries regarding coverage, rates, billing issues, and policy reviews.
  • Demonstrate empathy while assisting customers with new claim reports.
  • Offer additional products to customers based on their needs.

Requirements

  • A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education.
  • Property & Casualty license (if not already licensed, must gain it during training).
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in sales.
  • Customer service experience.
