About the position

The Bilingual Call Center position at Progressive involves assisting Spanish-speaking customers through inbound calls. The role requires multitasking and navigating multiple computer systems while providing customer service, sales, and claims support. This remote position offers comprehensive training and the necessary equipment to perform effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Take inbound calls from Spanish-speaking customers.
  • Provide expertise on Progressive products and services to ensure appropriate insurance coverage.
  • Support customer inquiries regarding coverage, rates, billing issues, and policy reviews.
  • Demonstrate empathy and care for customers recently involved in accidents while setting up new claim reports.
  • Offer additional products to customers during interactions.

Requirements

  • A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education.
  • Property & Casualty license for sales roles, with the opportunity to gain it during training.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems.
