Responsibilities
- Responsible for collecting money due from the owners to the HOA
- Make telephone calls using manual and auto-dial methods
- Maintain a complete debt collection portfolio using the support framework designed
- Develop technical knowledge to add, change and delete information in the file screens
- Master the collection system to appropriately and effectively work the debts assigned
- Understand FDCPA, FCRA, RESPA, and other internal systems, processes, departments, and products
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Call Center experience preferred
- Basic computer skills are required, intermediate preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Good communication skills with other staff and colleagues
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to follow instructions
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated
