About the position

Volt is seeking an On-site Customer Service Representative for a seasonal role at a well-known healthcare facility in Meridian, Idaho. This position involves handling customer inquiries via phone, following a call script, and providing support in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Receive and make calls following a call script.
  • Provide customer service support in a healthcare setting.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications for data entry and navigation.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and basic math abilities.
  • Attend a 10-day paid training class before starting the role.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in contact/call center or customer service roles.
  • Familiarity with health insurance, Medicare Advantage, or medical office environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital literacy and general computer skills.
