The CSR is expected to meet performance metrics related to lead generation and customer satisfaction, contributing to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities

• Proactively make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads.
• Engage prospects, educate them about roofing services, and schedule appointments for estimates.
• Utilize ServiceTitan to manage customer information, schedule appointments, and track leads through the sales pipeline.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up with potential leads.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless handoff of leads and appointments.
• Assist in preparing sales proposals and supporting documentation as needed.
• Meet or exceed monthly quotas for lead generation and appointment scheduling.
• Track and report on key performance indicators related to lead conversion and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
• Strong communication skills with a professional phone manner and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, preferably ServiceTitan, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of upselling techniques is advantageous.
