The Call Center Customer Service Representative at Academy Air is a full-time role focused on providing exceptional customer service and support. Responsibilities

  • Call customers from the prior day for quality checks.
  • Call maintenance customers and schedule visits.
  • Call on customer lists to offer promotions.
  • Follow up on reviews, both positive and negative.
  • Provide general inbound customer service.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience is required.
  • 1+ years of call center experience is mandatory.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially software applications including MS Word, email, and CMS.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous telemarketing/sales experience is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in problem analysis and problem solving.
