Responsibilities

  • Supports consumers during the application process by gathering additional information and assisting them in completing the necessary forms.
  • Collaborates with multiple internal departments to communicate all requirements and updates to applicants through inbound and outbound calls and emails.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • A minimum of 1 year Call Center Customer Experience is preferred but not required.
  • Must be comfortable on the phones and computer (talk and type at the same time)
  • Quick learner

  • Contract position with hourly pay between $14.50-$17.50 based on experience
